Below is a link to a set of patterns for the components of the sanding box. Dimensions for all pieces are illustrated on the patterns.
The baffle is over eight inches across its widest dimension. Because few people have a printer which can output larger than letter size, there are two files provided for the baffle:
The half patterns will each print on standard letter-size paper and will need to be attached along their longest edges to form the complete pattern.
I recommend downloading and saving these files to your hard drive, then opening them in Adobe Reader. Google's document reader does not always scale the printed images correctly.
When printing, be sure you have set the preferences to print each image at its full size, not Fit to Page. Before using the pattern, double-check the measurements of each print against the stated dimensions.
